Utility Launcher is a convenient launcher for clean-up and maintenance programs. You can place up to 20 utilities under a single (1) desktop icon, so they can be accessed and run quickly. This is the utility program that I use regularly to run my arsenal of third-party clean-up and maintenance programs. Version 2.0 has a much improved List Building/Handling capability as compaired to the previous version.

Intrepid Mouse File Launcher is a free file launching utility that is ideal for anyone distributing two or more programs or files on removable media. It lists all files available for launching and, if required, shows a description of each file. To open a file, the user simply selects a file from the list and clicks a button.
The following list outlines the program's main features:
- File Launcher will launch any program or file.
- No installation is required, and the program does not touch the Windows registry - simply run the program from wherever it is needed. File Launcher can be used locally or on removable media, and you are free to use as many copies of the program as you like.
- File Launcher supports Autorun - by including an autorun.inf file on a CD the program will open automatically, enabling the end user to easily view the disc contents, read descriptions, and choose the files they want to open.
- The program can be 'localised' for use in any language.
- Through the use of a simple configuration file, File Launcher is easily customisable:
- Use your own program title!
- Specify all text labels within the program.
- Provide your own program messages.
- Override the default button sizes so that the buttons are an appropriate size for your text.
- Specify exactly which files are listed for launching.
- Display just filenames or show file paths.
- A description of each file can be included. You can provide end users with as much information as you like - e.g. comments, file sizes, system requirements, etc.
- End users can mark a checkbox to keep File Launcher open when launching a file, or they can clear the checkbox if they want File Launcher to close. This checkbox can be disabled in circumstances where File Launcher must close when a file is launched (for example, when running a program installer).

It lists all files available for launching and, if required, shows a description of each file. To open a file, the user simply selects a file from the list and clicks a button.
We originally wrote this program for a specific internal office task, but we soon realised that there are many more uses for it! So we polished it up, added some extra features and made it fully customisable!
Intrepid Mouse File Launcher is a great tool for Master Album Maker users, as it simplifies the distribution of several albums on one disc. Recipients can read descriptions of the albums, and easily select the albums they want to view.

Tse's Startup Schedule Launcher

This Utility will start up any program you want in any day. It saves system tray icons and memory! This is my latest program and maybe this is the best so far in terms of programming..
I was having problem with all the programs running with my system. They are simply clogging up the system memory if I just want to use it one day for a week. For example, if I want to do backup every Sunday, then the rest of the six days will be wasted. Of course, I could manually run it, but I may have forgotten. So, I decided to look around in the net for startup or launcher. However, most of the startup launchers deal with registry, not scheduling. Then, I looked at some scheduling software. But they don't do what I expect . They only deal with scheduling not starting.. So I decided to make this program. Hopefully, it will be useful for you.
If you have problem installing this program or with "out of date" message, simply extract all files to your designated folder or directory. It should still work..

You can position the toolbar on any edge of the screen of any monitor in a docked state, or in a floating state as a normal window. In either state, you can change the size of the toolbar and the program launch buttons to various button sizes.
You can optionally show or hide the categories, and an auto-hide feature is included for optional use in the docked state. If you set hotkey, you can see "ToolBar Menu" anywhere of the screen with the hotkey.

This makes websurfing safer from many forms of malware.
