NP Refresh

NP Refresh helps to correct a bug in Windows 2000 Pro (and possibly others) after installing IE 6 where the left-hand pane (tree) does not refresh correctly after a file operation.
This particulary happens when cutting and pasting a directory/folder from one location to another. The original item remains "grayed" in the original location even though it no longer exists there and does not appear at all in its new location.
For some reason, pressing F5 does correct the details in the folder tree.
