MPEG4Watcher

A lot of standalone DVD-players has a problem with playing DivX/Xvid
with a packed bitstream, for that reason, MPEG4Watcher was created.
MPEG4Watcher sits in the systemtray and periodically checks a folder
for DivX/Xvid-files.
When an DivX/XviD is found, MPEG4Watcher checks if the file contains a
packed bitstream,
if it does, it gets unpacked to another directory.
This improves the chances that you can watch it on your DVD-player.
MPEG4Watcher can also check Rar or Zip-files and unpack them if they
contain a
compatible file.
To use it, simply select a folder to watch, select a folder to unpack
to.
Set the timer, minimize it and let it do it's magic.
The files in the source folder will be batch unpacked if needed.
Some players have a problem with the FourCC-tag in DivX/XviD-file, for
that
there's the FourCC Changer included in MPEG4Watcher.

It uses libavcodec from ffmpeg project for video decompression, postprocessing code from mplayer to enhance visual quality of low bitrate movies, and is based on original DirectShow filter from XviD, which is GPL'ed educational implementation of MPEG4 encoder.
