Advanced Firewall

Advanced Firewall application which blocks all TCP process based on rules you specify such as Remote Port, Process Name, Remote IP, and Local Port. Logs all activity and gives option to save log files.
You can also save your settings and import/export them. You can block all processes by default and allow them based on a set of rules or block only based on those rules.
You can password protect the firewall and its functions with 3 different security levels. The software also includes detailed or simple alerts that will notify you when a certain process is found.
Note: Some antivirus and antispyware programs flag Advanced Firewall as being infected/malware, although the application is perfectly safe and does not pose a threat to your system.

Advanced Time Control is a program every parent should have if his or her child is 5-16 years old.

Advanced Windows Hotfix Manager

First and foremost, WHC is a front-end for Microsoft's hotfix checking program, Hfnetchk. (See the Knowledge Base article on Hfnetchk for more details.) WHC runs Hfnetchk, captures its output, and shows a report on hotfixes that need to be installed. WHC can scan the local computer, as well as remote computers on which you have administrator privileges.
Once you've scanned for necessary hotfixes, WHC can also download them from Microsoft. Note that some hotfixes are not directly downloadable, so you will need to visit Microsoft's site for download instructions. However, finding the right page is simple - WHC's detailed hotfix report includes hyperlinks to the Microsoft security bulletin and Knowledge Base article for each hotfix.
Finally, once you have downloaded the necessary hotfix installers, WHC can run them for you. OS hotfixes are often chainable, meaning you can install several at once without having to reboot after each hotfix is installed. WHC supports this as well, using Microsoft's Qchain utility.

AdWarrior is a freeware skinned popup and banner blocker for use with MicrosoftÄ Windows and Internet Explorer 4 and up.
The program uses lists of keywords to block popup and banner URL's which contain those keywords. This method gives you complete control over what gets blocked and what gets allowed.

Authors Note: I have no plans for further development. Better filtering programs such as Proxomitron, Google toolbar, and newer browsers with built-in filtering such as Mozilla Firebird have made AdWarrior somewhat obsolete
