ATV (A Tree Viewer) is a Java tool for the visualization of annotated phylogenetic trees. ATV reads standard "New Hampshire" format tree files (as produced by all major phylogenetic analysis software). ATV also implements an extended superset of New Hampshire format of our own design, called "NHX" format, which allows to extensively annotate a tree. ATV can be used both as application and as Applet. Two versions of ATV exist: One requires Java 2, the other one only requires Java 1.1.x (but has less functions). ATV is part of FORESTER (a framework for automated phylogenomics).

Features
•When you start the script it discovers a list of .ahk scripts in a userdefinable (saved) directory.
•Double clicking on tray will present a simple form with each script listed on its own line with a checkbox on the left.
•The user can then enable and disable scripts from that dialog by checking boxes.
•Scripts that are enabled will be launched if not currently running; scripts unchecked will be closed.
•There's a contextmenu to edit, compile, and publish your AHK scripts!
•Checks will be shown for scripts that are currently running.
•It uses the correct script editor, with notepad as an alternative.

The main idea is - batxml.exe read input file (XML) generate dialog form described in the file after user's choice generate .bat file and run it. For what you need in this? You can use batxml.exe as interface to ones. Interface to "net" command ...to postie mailer and so on.

BBclone is a web counter written in PHP and gives a detailed view of the visitors of your web site by displaying the nth last users (and the data they provided, like their IP, browser and so on) that visited the web site, not just showing a number of visitors. This is very handy for webmasters that want to see who is visiting their sites, what browser people use, where they came from etc.
For each visitor, BBClone can display
- IP address,
- hostname,
- operating system,
- robots,
- browser,
- referring URL (where do they come from),
- visit date,
- number of time the visitor has loaded the page,
- number of visitor
- the visited pages in the order someone viewed them
- the last visited page
- the search engine query that lead to your site (if applicable)
- ranking of the most frequent countries, referrers, OS, browsers, robots, page views and hostnames
Other features include:
- Easy customisation of font sizes, number of columns and their order, the number of icons to be displayed, duration of a unique visit.

BBClone 0.4.8 requires at least PHP 4.0.4 (4.0.6 and higher recommended for full functionality). All previously released iterations of BBClone (bbclone-sem, bbclone-dio and bbclone-old) have been unified to one release in oder to simplify the process of installing BBClone.
In order to keep up with the steady growth of the Internet, there are regular updates of the ip2ext database, BBClone is using for assigning countries to ip addresses.
