Binary toys presents a collection of interactive windowless virtual toys made up of springs, muscles, and masses. Originally created by Soda, based on simple physics, these toys exhibit complex behavior and are surprisingly life-like.
While playing, get hold of a node to move your virtual toy around or to drop it on top of a window. Right-click to access a pop-up menu with additional options.

How may times has it happened that you forgot a very important birthday ? Yes, I know and this is the reason why I wrote this program. It will remind you who has a birthday today - it will tell you who will have a birthday in that particular week and (the best :-) it will tell you whose birthday it will be in the 'NEXT' week (if you have to buy a birthday present ;-). It will also tell you (by a simple click) how old this person is going to be. Additionally this program is freeware. You can use it as long as you want. Enjoy it...

BitMap Window

Taking two .BMP files, this program creates a smooth circular window in the "top" picture, allowing you to see the "underlying" picture through the window. The window either moves around automatically, or using the mouse. I've only written the program as Assembly Language enhanced, since the window was very jerky under pure BASIC. With assembler, it's perfectly smooth, making 57,600 calls to a 200-instruction Assembly Routine every time the window moves by just one pixel!

BitRule is a free screen measurement tool that is much easier to use than other screen rulers and screen calipers.
Just click on two points on your screen, and get the horizontal, vertical and diagonal distances, as well as the angle to the horizontal.
BitRule measures in pixels, inches, centimeters and picas.

Blackout Monitor is a system tray application that warns Southern California Edison customers of impending rolling blackouts. The software runs quietly in the system tray checking the power status at scheduled times. If a rolling blackout appears to be in the near future for your zone Blackout Monitor can play both an audible alert and a popup message. For quick reference the status bar icon contains a small graphical scale for quick reference to the current power status.Blackout Monitor is shareware at the moment with no option to register since California is no longer in a power crisis. However if in the future the software becomes necessary again, the current free registration number will be canceled and sales will continue as they did in the past. So in the mean time please enjoy your free copy, and remember if you like my work please send some more work my way.
