This product is created for the filtration of video of low quality and
removing interlace effect in realtime.
The product employs two filters. First - interpolation deinterlace - is
used for the removing of the interlace effect from your video. The
second is the interframe video-interference suppressor. These filters
employ the MMX to speed-up the operation that allows to use this
product in real time mode on PC with CPU frequency more than 800 MHz.
We do not recommend to use this program on the computers with the CPU
frequency less than 800 MHz.
This product can be used in the following cases:
- To watch high quality films which have interlace effect. In this
case you have to enable "use deinterlace" option and disable "use
denoise" option.
- To watch low quality films - recorded on the home video equipment
or inputted into PC from TV-tuner or from TV-in of video card. In this
case if the film is not interlaced, you should enable only "use
denoise" option. If the film is interlaced, you should additionally
enable the "use deinterlace" option. In the "settings" option with help
of the slider "Noise level" you can set the level of noise of the
video, at which the filtration is performed with best quality.

Altilavi converts video between a variety of formats (AVI, FLV, MPG, etc.).
Altilavi is a no-nonsense graphical user interface (GUI) for FFMPEG. It includes the salient features of FFMPEG and allows you to transcode (encode or decode) between video formats such as AVI, Flash video (FLV), 3GP. MPEG, MOV (QuickTime movie), GIF animations and more (see FFMPEG documentation for details).
You can change audio/video codecs and bitrates, video frame rate (fps), audio sampling rate, video dimensions, mute/silence the video, deinterlace pictures etc.
Furthermore, batch encoding (i.e. encoding several files at a time) is possible, and you can save and load conversion settings. Tooltip hints are provided, to help you decide which settings to use.
No installation is required (just unzip the downloaded file and start using Altilavi).
